I have been involved in Sports Therapy & Fitness Industry since graduating from Waterford IT in 1999.
Further studies in the field of Sports Therapy & Massage has lead to practising as a sports massage therapist since 2002. I am also qualified in neuromuscular physical therapy & ortopeadic sports massage. I have trained under the author & international lecturer James Waslaski in his unique multidicipline approach to treatment chronic injuries.
I am a member as well as being vice president of the Irish Massage Therapist Association with full insurance cover. I am a recognised ITEC Tutor in Sports Massage.
I worked with players and teams from numerous clubs such as louth gaa, offaly gaa, wexford gaa, laois gaa, meath gaa, drogheda united fc, boyne rfc, seapoint gc and more.
I come from a long standing family tradition of sports & massage therapists. |
